Worked as a series official for the now -defunct American Speed Association (ASA) stock car series.
Attended Jim Russell Racing school in Snetterton, England in 1984.
Worked as a team member/mechanic for Pace Racing CART Indycar team in 1985.
Raced in the United Midget Racing Association (TQ midget) from 1988 to 1992. Was named 1992 UMRA Semi-Feature Champion of the year.
Raced unsanctioned dirt/pavement sprint car races throughout Indiana from 1993 to1997; in 1997 raced with the Capitol Promotions Winged Outlaw Sprint Series in Michigan, Indiana, & Ohio.
Joined the Hoosier Outlaw Sprint Series (HOSS) in 2005. Tentative plans for 2006 include competing in the entire HOSS series as well as selected other events.
